SAKY STEEL works with qualified manufacturing partners specializing in stainless steel wire, strand and wire rope production. Production resources can be selected according to material grade, rope construction, diameter, quantity, coating, testing requirements and delivery schedule.
For project orders, we coordinate technical review, production follow-up, inspection documentation, packaging and export delivery. This multi-factory supply model allows different production capabilities to be matched to different stainless steel cable requirements.
For qualified projects, customers can arrange factory visits and production inspections at the selected manufacturing facility. Third-party inspection can also be coordinated when specified before production.

Stainless steel wire rope production involves controlled processing from wire preparation to final rope closing, inspection and packaging. Production parameters are selected according to material grade, rope construction, finished diameter, flexibility, load requirement and application environment.

Stainless steel wire rope can be supplied on plastic spools, plywood reels, wooden reels, coils or export pallets. Packaging is selected according to rope diameter, unit length, reel size, gross weight and transportation requirements.
Moisture protection, identification labels, reel direction, material information and special handling marks can be added according to confirmed order requirements.
Packaging can be adapted to reel diameter, unit length, gross weight and shipping method.
